This mission drove us to open our first teppan-yaki style steak house in Atlanta, Georgia in 1975.
Back then in America few restaurants existed where a chef actually prepared steak in front of customers, and our customers came back over and over since day one of our opening.
Forty years on our Kobe Steaks restaurants in Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX continue to serve the highest quality beef in a perfected style to our customers.
